Montgomery County Pediatric Society

Join us on Tuesday, December 2nd for the second MoCo Peds meeting of the 2025-2026 year!

Our keynote speaker will be Michelle Fiscus, MD, FAAP, Chief Medical Officer of the Association of Immunization Managers, presenting: “The Accidental Advocate”

Dr. Fiscus is a board-certified pediatrician and former medical director of Tennessee’s Vaccine-Preventable Diseases and Immunization Program, where she led Tennessee’s COVID-19 vaccine response. Dr. Fiscus recently completed a 4-year term on the American Academy of Pediatrics Board of Directors and has served on workgroups for the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

– Infectious disease and COVID updates from Children’s National ID

– Local updates from Montgomery County health officer

– Statewide pediatric updates from MDAAP leadership

– Keynote presentation
