- Payment and sign-in are required for all attendees even if you are only coming for the social hour regardless of food/drink consumption.
- Annual dues are paid per member and cannot be shared among providers in a practice.
- All annual dues payments or guest payments must be paid before the meeting or will be collected at the door.
